Users and customers are not allowed to make any sort of altercations to the price, the amount they paid, to the website, our products, our files, or anything that belongs to our corporation. We have the right to refuse refunds, replacements, and other solutions should we deem it necessary. We are not responsible for anything that is not in our control, whether it be sharing payment information, our sponsors/partners, or competitors products.

We are responsible for our own items and services. We do not issue refunds unless for specific circumstances.

Should you, the customer, send any cryptocurrency amount to the wrong wallet/address that does not belong to the company, we will not complete the order, issue you a replacement, refund, or any other solution.

Should you, the customer, send any cryptocurrency amount that is more or less than what the order requires to be completed, there is a chance that the amount sent will be lost. In this instance, if the transaction is traceable within the company’s wallet’s transaction history, you the customer are entitled up to a 80% refund of the amount sent excluding any applicable fees. 

We apologize for this inconvenience, but we had no part in such process, therefore we do not have any entitlement to the situation. Please make sure that the wallet/address your sending to is correct along with the correct amount for the transaction to be completed automatically.

In some instances, device compatibility for the digital goods will be mentioned in the description of the product page. We reserve the right to reject a refund or replacement for device incompatibility especially if the product description states the compatibility terms.

Refunds are non-negotiable and non-permittable, regardless of the situation unless granted by a person within the management hierarchy. As such, you agree to this statement the moment you purchase an item/service from our website.

Any chargebacks that are useless and are deemed to manipulate the system to get back a refund, will not only dismiss the case in our favor, but will bar you from purchasing from our website or participating in our server activities ever again. Please think carefully before performing reckless decisions.
